That's not right...

Hello All!  Well, the time is drawing near!  So far, I think, there are nine of us signed up-maybe more I need to recheck.  Anywho, there is still plenty of time for more friends to join!!!  Let me apologize for a lack of posts in the last several days.  Once the fun begins in just 8 more days, I'll post more often.  But, I had been busy working on this

Katelyn's first birthday was over the weekend and it was a success. (More pics on Facebook.)  Now, I know that I shouldn't be posting pictures of yummy, calorie laden desserts on this here diet site...but, whatever, it hasn't started yet!!  And, now you know why I have selfishly postponed the start day of the competition!! I'm not sure who took this picture, but it sure is a great one, of me! HAHA!  I love pictures of me from the neck up!  What I don't love is this...

You will notice that this picture did not make it to the Facebook upload.  And why, I know you all know, but let me painstakingly point it out!  Well, it's definitely not that sweet little girl in the shot or Marcia, my step-mom...it is that lovely thing we like to call the muffin top sprouting from my waistband.  And there you have it.  This is why this competition must happen!!
